Starting Monday March 23, BISD will distribute Two Meals (Breakfast & Lunch) for Two Days at a time on Monday and Wednesday and Two Meals for Three Day on Friday to each child (This will insure that a child has a breakfast and lunch during the weekends)

 

Example:

Monday – A child will be given a bag with breakfast and lunch for two days.

 

Wednesday - A child will be given a bag with breakfast and lunch for two days.

 

Friday – A child will be given a bag with breakfast and lunch for three days.

Bangs Middle School Bus Loading Zone

Please know that children must be present or at least be in site to receive a meal.  Parents may drive through the Middle School Bus Loading Zone to pick up meals for their children and are advised to stay in their cars.  Families that walk to the campus will also be served a “grab-and-go” meal. There will be no areas available to consume food onsite.

If you or your child cannot go to the MS Bus Loading Zone to receive the free meal, Bangs ISD will be delivering meals to students on the Regular BISD Bus Routes. Each bus will stop and deliver meals at each of their assigned loading spots.

​

Each “grab-and-go” meal will come at no charge, regardless of meal eligibility status. Due to federal regulations, we are unable to provide meals for adults at this time.
