Workforce Youth Success Advisor – Coleman/Brown counties

The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is seeking to hire a Youth Success Advisor. This is a full-time regular position that will work on location at assigned school districts in Coleman and Brown counties. Salary range is $3,500 to $4,000 per month, dependent on experience, plus a benefit package.  Candidates will implement strategies to increase post- secondary education and training enrollment, retention, and completion rates for identified students from designated rural high schools by employing a case-management style to intrusive advising.

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.  Candidates 
must have at least two years of experience in case management, career advising, social work, or relevant experience. Travel throughout the region is required; however, overnight travel is 
minimal. In-region travel will constitute approximately 10% of time.
